Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Pharmacist.
• 1-2 Years in Product Innovation / Development field
• Having strong interest about cosmetic/skincare/jhair products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming product requests and stay updated on industry trends to deliver high-quality testing.
• Conduct stages of product development including literature study process, designing a laboratory-scale trial formula, evaluating prototype test results, and monitoring the stability of the trial product.
• Identify formulation issues and complaints to design effective product formulations and adapting to trends to drive impactful solutions.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Formulation and related functions to ensure that all aspects of the Innovation align with organizational objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports to support new product launches.
• Ensure that all activities within the lab follow safety protocols and regulatory standards and calibration is carried out in accordance with the provisions for the tools.
• Ensure the calibration of laboratory equipment is carried out to maintain measurement or testing accuracy.
