Job summary

PT. Anugerah Mortar Abadi is seeking a senior R&D leader to drive new product development and formulation for building materials from concept to market. You will oversee material evaluations, ensure regulatory data sheets accuracy, and lead a team in solving complex technical challenges.

The role requires extensive experience in chemical analysis, GLP standards, and hands-on lab proficiency. You will monitor KPI metrics and guide strategic improvements across the R&D department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D, including managerial or leadership experience, preferably in building materials.
• Strong knowledge of chemical analysis of building materials, GLP, laboratory equipment, and product testing methods.
• Strong product development, innovation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of raw materials, product specifications, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead product formulation and New Product Development (NPD) activities, including establishing product specifications and monitoring development progress.
