Job summary

ASRI, a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group, is seeking a proactive Customer Service/Tenant Relations specialist for our Jakarta properties. You will handle tenant inquiries, coordinate service requests, and support building operations across multiple locations in Jakarta.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years in customer service or tenant relations in mall, apartment, or retail settings, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience in Customer Service / Tenant Relations in Mall / Apartment / Retail industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Proficient in report preparation and data follow-up.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to be placed at K Mall - Kemayoran, Taman Anggrek Residence - West Jakarta, & Menara Jakarta - Central Jakarta.
