Remaq Supply Chain is seeking a Sourcing Specialist (Chinese-speaking) for a full-time remote role. You will identify and manage suppliers in China, verify quotations, negotiate terms, and support pre-shipment inspections to ensure specifications and timelines are met.

The role requires clear communication in Chinese and English, strong organizational skills, and proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to keep the China-side process accountable.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills for supplier evaluation, cost comparison, and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication in Chinese and English for interactions with suppliers and clients.
• Strong negotiation and procurement skills for favorable terms and PO management.
• Experience identifying, screening, and onboarding reliable manufacturers and service providers.
• Experience in international trade, logistics, or supply chain management is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and deadlines remotely.
• Comfort with digital tools and basic reporting/documentation.

Responsabilités

• Identify and evaluate suppliers in China, researching and verifying options.
• Coordinate product sourcing requests and gather quotations from factories in Chinese.
• Support pre-shipment inspections and quality checks with documentation.
• Negotiate terms and ensure alignment with specifications and timelines.
• Maintain sourcing documentation and support consolidation and shipment coordination.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve sourcing and supply issues.
• Communicate proactively to keep buyers informed and ensure accountability of the China-side process.
