RSC in Indonesia is seeking a motivated sourcing professional to join our international procurement team. You will join our network to identify Chinese manufacturers, negotiate terms, and manage orders from quote to delivery, while coordinating with global clients.

The role emphasizes initiative, strong communication, and the ability to grow into senior sourcing, procurement, or business development responsibilities within our expanding international operations.

Qualifications

• Identify reliable manufacturers, factories, and suppliers in China.
• Negotiate product prices, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate with Chinese suppliers and manage day-to-day supplier relationships.
• Communicate with international clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable sourcing solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, coordinate orders, and assist with contract preparation.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure orders are progressing on schedule.

Responsibilities
