Job summary

STERRY is seeking an SMS/Email Marketing Manager to own the customer lifecycle strategy across multiple brands. You will design and implement automated email journeys, optimize retention flows, and leverage data to improve engagement and revenue.

This role thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven agency environment and offers full remote flexibility. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in email marketing or lifecycle marketing, hands-on experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools,

Qualifications

3+ years of email marketing, CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing experience.
Proven experience managing and optimizing automated email campaigns.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, SFMC).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute email retention strategies to increase engagement, repeat purchases, and LTV.
Build and optimize automated email flows (welcome, onboarding, nurture, abandoned cart, win-back).
Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on behavior and lifecycle stage.
Monitor performance and analyze metrics: open rates, CTR, conversions, retention, churn.
Conduct A/B testing to improve content, subject lines, timing, journeys.
Collaborate with creative/content/design/account teams for client campaigns.
Stay ahead of email marketing trends and deliverability best practices.
