STERRY Limited is seeking a Marketing Director to lead strategy and execution in a fast-growing MarTech environment. You will report to the CEO and drive cross-functional collaboration across product, design, and data teams.

You will own end-to-end marketing initiatives, from brand messaging to demand generation, and work with partners like Shopify to fuel growth for crowdfunding and e-commerce clients. The role demands strategic insight and hands-on execution, with a proven track record in SaaS

Qualifications

• Experience leading SaaS/MarTech marketing teams.
• Strong track record in building scalable marketing programs.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with product, design and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, demand, content, SEO and paid channels.
• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team including developers and designers.
• Monitor metrics like MQLs, CAC, LTV, and conversions to drive growth.
• Refine product narrative and marketing messaging for target audiences.
• Collaborate with Shopify and other partners on campaigns and cross-channel initiatives.
• Work closely with the CEO to align priorities with business growth.
