We seek a senior engineer who ships. You will own outcomes, drive leverage each sprint, and craft production-grade AI solutions across OCR, document understanding, and agent loops while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping production AI features.
• Experience building customer-facing software.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes and drive biggest levers each sprint.
• Use AI as a primary tool across OCR, document understanding, generation, and agent loops.
• Ship prototypes quickly and raise them to production-grade quality.
• Work directly with customers on real claims and broker workflows.
• Improve the codebase with reviews, refactors, testing and observability.
• Help push the team with new tools, agents, and engineering standards.
