Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong Revenue Management background to join our growing short-term rental team. You will manage client relationships while developing and executing revenue strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall portfolio performance.

Remote position with US business hours. You will collaborate with operations, guest communications, and marketing to drive portfolio success and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Account Management or Revenue Management or Short-Term Rental Operations.
• Experience managing revenue strategies for vacation rentals, hospitality, or property management.
• Hands-on experience with revenue tools such as PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing, or similar software.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to optimize property performance.
• Manage pricing, availability, and restrictions across multiple booking channels.
• Utilize revenue management tools such as PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing, or similar platforms.
• Prepare and present performance reports, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue insights.
• Collaborate with operations, guest communications, and marketing teams to improve portfolio performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth.
• Ensure client satisfaction with proactive communication and strategic recommendations.
