Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Holiday Let Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a growing UK short-term rental portfolio. You will manage listings, guest communications, calendars, and bookings across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Lodgify.

This fully remote role requires excellent English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in holiday lets or short-term rental operations.
• Proven experience managing Airbnb and Booking.com accounts.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of UK holiday lets and serviced properties.
• Manage calendars, bookings, and multi-channel listings.
• Coordinate onboarding of new properties and pricing setup.
• Handle guest communications via chat and phone with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance docs and maintenance coordination across properties.
