Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in fleet management or logistics operations.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively.
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, safety regulations, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and mentor a team of remote dispatchers and site-based fleet supervisors.
• Oversee fleet maintenance schedules and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure adherence to transportation regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations on fleet acquisition and vendor relationships.
