New Energy Nexus is seeking a detail-oriented Regional Accountant to support financial operations across Singapore and Vietnam. This fully remote independent contractor role is open to candidates in China, Philippines, Indonesia, or Malaysia, with possible on-site work for Shanghai-based applicants.

You will maintain Singapore books in QuickBooks Online, map data to internal charts of accounts, and assist with reconciliations and foreign currency translations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum five years progressive accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and/or GAAP.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience is essential.
• Strong English writing and remote collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain full-charge bookkeeping for multiple Singapore entities in QuickBooks Online.
• Process journal entries, reconcile bank accounts and ledgers monthly.
• Perform quarterly SGD to USD translations and data mapping to COA.
• Prepare documentation for Singapore statutory filings and audits.
• Support group-level reporting and cash-flow analyses.
