Job summary

Paired is seeking an organized HR & Finance Administrator to join a Singapore-based agency building a remote Indonesian team. You’ll support HR administration and daily finance operations, working closely with the Co-Founder who leads accounts and company management.

This hands-on role handles onboarding, payroll coordination, records, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping, coordinating with the Singapore team. Based in Indonesia (Surabaya preferred) with a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Organized and detail-oriented with strong processes.
• Ability to handle both people and numbers and maintain records.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR administration, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage leave, attendance, payroll coordination, and staff claims.
• Maintain employment documentation and employee records.
• Prepare invoices and track payments.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and coordinate with the company accountant.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and support general office administration.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HR and financial processes are completed in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the Singapore-based team across multiple client accounts.
