Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in payment processing, accounts payable, or similar accounting function is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software.
• Based in Indonesia and able to work remotely with Singapore business hours.

Responsibilities

• Process client payments, including vendor invoices, payroll, and tax payments.
• Verify payment details and ensure accuracy before execution.
• Maintain records and update financial systems.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve payment-related queries.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and identify discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
