Assetara Limited is seeking a Remote HR Recruiter & Video Interview Specialist to support international hiring from Bali, Indonesia. You will source candidates, coordinate schedules, and conduct first-round video interviews, reporting to senior leadership.

You will publish jobs on free channels, manage applicants, schedule interviews across time zones, and record interviews for reporting. A strong on-camera presence and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction and camera presence.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, or virtual assistance.
• Home office setup: HD webcam, clear mic, reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing & Job Posting: Publish open job positions across free recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Inbound Application Management: Review and process candidate resumes provided directly by the company.
• Interview Scheduling: Communicate with candidates via Email and WhatsApp to set up interview slots aligned with their respective time zones.
• Video Interviewing & Recording: Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews per day (Monday to Friday, ~10–15 interviews per week). Recording every video interview is mandatory for leadership reports.
• Daily Reporting & Planning: Maintain accurate daily logs, track candidate pipelines, and submit structured daily reports.
