• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines.
• Manage and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays, and report updates to the project team.
• Coordinate communication between project team members, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Support the procurement process by tracking purchase orders and invoices.
