Pt Serata Makmur Raya is seeking a highly organized Remote Project Management Officer to support project execution across diverse initiatives in a fully remote setup. The role focuses on maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality while collaborating with project managers and teams to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a formal degree in business/management, at least 3 years of remote project support experience, and strong communication and organizational skills to thrive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project support, administration, or coordination, preferably in a remote role.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for remote interaction.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive project management support for multiple projects within a remote setting.
• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and facilitate communication among team members.
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and action items.
• Coordinate project-related meetings and facilitate virtual team collaboration.
