It offers a hybrid work model with site visits and office presence. Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings, and facilitating procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Maintain and organize all project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and reports.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow‑up on project‑related tasks.
• Communicate project updates and information effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and identify potential risks or delays.
• Support procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract administration.
