Bentangkalimantan is seeking a Remote Program Development Officer to identify, design, and secure funding for new programs aligned with our strategic objectives. You will conduct needs assessments, develop proposals, and engage with partners globally from a fully remote setting.

The role offers autonomy to shape impactful initiatives, work with international donors, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in program development, proposal writing, or grant management in the non-profit sector.
• Proven track record of securing funding from diverse sources.
• Excellent research, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines remotely.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Development, Public Policy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential program opportunities and funding sources worldwide.
• Develop high-quality project proposals, concept notes, and grant applications.
• Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies for proposed programs.
