Qualifications

• Excellent networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to craft persuasive proposals.
• Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential strategic partners, including corporations, foundations and community organizations.
• Develop and execute strategies for cultivating, securing and managing new partnerships.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and MOUs.
• Collaborate with program and communications teams to ensure alignment and successful partner integration.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations to articulate partnership value.
• Track partnership progress, report on key metrics, and ensure effective partner engagement and stewardship.
