Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Pharma) to lead offshore pharma projects from approval through global delivery in a remote role. The ideal candidate has 6-10+ years in pharmaceutical project management, deep regulatory knowledge (FDA/EMA), and proven cross-functional leadership across regulatory affairs, QA, R&D, and manufacturing.

This offshore position requires strong communication with onshore leadership, risk management, and ability to operate across time zones

Qualifications

6–10+ years of direct project management experience in Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences.
Deep pharma development life-cycle, cGMP, and regulatory approvals knowledge.
Delivery track record from initiation through closeout in pharma projects.
Experience in offshore/deliveries across time zones with self-governance.
Strong written and spoken English; ability to lead discussions with UK leadership.
Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and risk & compliance focus.
Adaptability in fast-paced regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

Governance & project approval: drive stage-gate governance and secure approvals.
Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, QA, R&D, and QC for compliance docs (FDA/EMA, cGMP).
Develop business cases, charters, resource plans, and risk strategies.
End-to-end delivery: manage cross-functional pharma projects across streams.
Monitor milestones, budgets, KPIs; ensure timelines and quality.
Manage vendor/CMO relationships for seamless integration.
report status to senior leadership and global steering committees.
