Job summary

OurTeam is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Pharma) to lead offshore pharmaceutical projects from governance and regulatory approvals through to final execution and global delivery.

The ideal candidate has 6–10+ years in Pharma/Life Sciences with strong cross-functional stakeholder management, regulatory knowledge (FDA/EMA), and a proven track record of on-time delivery in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Six to ten+ years of direct project management experience in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences.
• Deep understanding of pharma development life cycles, cGMP, and regulatory approvals (FDA/EMA).
• Proven track record managing offshore/remotely-delivered pharma projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through stage-gate governance and regulatory approvals.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across clinical, technical, manufacturing, and commercial streams.
• Manage vendor/CMO relationships and coordination between offshore teams and onshore leadership.
• Identify risks, manage budgets/KPIs, and report to senior leadership.
