Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Compliance Lead in Jakarta Pusat to oversee all regulatory and compliance activities across the organization. You will champion a culture of compliance, stay abreast of evolving regulations, and prevent policy violations in sales and engagement with healthcare professionals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience leading compliance in pharma, with strong regulatory knowledge and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Head of Compliance or Compliance Lead in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in compliance management, preferably in a regional or cluster role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance regulations, laws, and industry standards.
• Demonstrated experience working with regulatory authorities and navigating complex compliance requirements.
• Proven track record in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs.
• Experience in conducting compliance training and driving awareness initiatives among employees.
• Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks and mitigation strategies within a compliance context.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all compliance and regulatory activities to ensure adherence to pharmaceutical standards.
• Manage workflows to comply with SOPs and regulatory requirements as evidenced by audits.
• Maintain budget adherence and allocate resources for compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance efforts across the organization.
• Provide strategic guidance to ensure sales activities align with compliance standards through training and policy enforcement.
• Monitor HCP engagement to prevent activities violating policies, with zero breaches.
