Reemotely Pte Ltd are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Intern to support the day-to-day Finance Operations function. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role focuses on payroll processing, invoicing, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate financial trackers and reports across our cross-border operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a foundation in finance operations within a remote, cross-border environment, with practical exposure to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and billing.
Manage payroll cycle: calculate, process, and reconcile payments across SGD/IDR (and MYR where applicable)
Handle client invoicing, including disputes, follow-ups, and overdue payment escalations
Record and reconcile day-to-day financial transactions, including client invoices, payouts, and general expenses (Bookeeping)
Maintain and update internal trackers (payroll status, invoice/payment status, onboarding progress, escalation logs)
Build and maintain finance and HR reports for management and clients (Internal employee data, attendance records, and other ad-hoc reports)
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in Full English
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong written and spoken communication in English
Comfortable maintaining trackers and building recurring reports (strong Excel/Google Sheets skills)
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to keep multiple trackers and reports accurate and current
Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
Comfortable learning new systems
Experience in bookkeeping, finance operations, or HR administration (staffing or remote-work industry a plus)
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Kantorku)
Experience in a remote or cross-border work environment is an advantage
