Funding Societies | Modalku is seeking a seasoned professional to lead strategic partnerships and drive growth for our lending services in Indonesia. You will nurture and expand relationships with business partners, educate them on our products, and optimize referral flows to scale impact.

With 7+ years in BD or partnerships and a strong grasp of lending products, you will analyze performance, spearhead marketing initiatives, and collaborate across teams to deliver value for partners and clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related field.
• Proven track record of building successful business relationships.
• Strong understanding of the lending industry and loan products (a plus).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
• Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities aligned with lending goals.
• Educate partners on lending products and programs for client promotion.
• Streamline the referral process for partners and clients.
• Proactively address partner inquiries and concerns to foster collaboration.
• Analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote the partnership program.
