Job summary

Kuubiik is seeking an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across hospitality, leisure, and entertainment brands. You will optimise budgets, ROAS, and lead generation while coordinating with clients to understand their goals and deliver measurable results.

You will work remotely, with UK business hours, and directly meet clients to present insights, recommendations, and campaign improvements, building strong relationships and driving campaigns forward.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple accounts.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, budget management, ROAS, and lead generation.
• Experience analysing campaign performance and implementing improvements.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience leading client meetings, understanding business needs, and presenting campaign recommendations.
• Independent, proactive, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working during UK business hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimisation.
• Develop campaigns to generate venue bookings, reservations, and event enquiries.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns to improve conversions and ROAS.
• Identify new advertising opportunities and recommend strategies to improve results.
• Lead regular client meetings to understand objectives, challenges and priorities.
• Present campaign performance, explain results, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Advise on budget allocation and growth opportunities with senior stakeholders.
• Translate client feedback into effective advertising strategies.
• Align paid advertising with SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Utilise AI tools for research, planning, and optimisation.
