Tereos Fks is seeking an experienced Remote Organizational Development Consultant to enhance organizational effectiveness, structure, and culture. In this fully remote role, you will diagnose issues, design interventions, and implement strategies that foster growth, improve performance, and strengthen employee engagement.

You will leverage expertise in organizational design, talent management, and culture transformation to drive sustainable change for a global client base.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in organizational development, talent management, or HR consulting.
• Proven experience diagnosing organizational issues and designing OD solutions.
• Strong knowledge of organizational design, change management, and talent strategies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management for remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational structures, processes, and cultures to identify improvement areas.
• Design and implement OD interventions for leadership development, team effectiveness, and talent management.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and align goals with HR initiatives.
• Develop strategies for employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
• Partner with HR and leaders to implement organizational change initiatives.
• Evaluate OD program effectiveness and adjust accordingly.
