Our client, a growing non-profit, seeks a proactive Remote Community Engagement Lead to spearhead outreach and engagement efforts. This fully remote role focuses on building connections with communities and amplifying the organization's mission.

Design and implement strategies resonating with diverse audiences; organize virtual events; monitor feedback and provide insights. You are a natural connector with strong communication skills and a passion for community building in a remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sociology, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community engagement, outreach, or a related role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse community groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Experience in developing and implementing engagement strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of digital engagement tools and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and key stakeholders.
• Create and disseminate compelling content that informs, inspires, and mobilizes community members.
• Organize and facilitate virtual community events, forums, and dialogues.
• Monitor community sentiment, gather feedback, and provide insights to inform organizational strategy.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership to expand the organization's reach and impact.
