Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in organizational development, talent management, or HR consulting.
• Proven experience diagnosing organizational issues and designing OD solutions.
• Strong knowledge of organizational design, change management, and talent strategies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management for remote environments.

Responsibilities
