Job summary

CXG is growing and currently hiring an Operations and Community Associate to work remotely in Indonesia. You will report to the Community & Operations Manager and support local projects with cost-effective execution.

You will expand the Evaluators database, handle acquisition for forecasted missions, schedule fieldwork, and ensure timely, quality survey submissions. The role requires a Diploma, 1–2 years in Retail/Project Coordination, fluent Japanese and strong English, plus strong

Qualifications

• Diploma in Administration, Business, Management, or relevant field.
• 1-2 years Retail/Project Coordination experience and/or Client Servicing.
• Fluent in Japanese; excellent English communication as contact for Evaluators.
• Social media/Tech savvy.
• Microsoft Office skills; other software knowledge helpful.
• Interest/experience in social media outreach and community management.
• Excellent organizing skills; multitasking and time management.
• Resourceful, proactive; attention to details and deadlines.
• Passionate, positive, outgoing; team oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress.

Responsibilities

• Handle the process of Evaluators acquisition for forecasted missions.
• Ensure proper scheduling and execution of fieldwork per standards.
• Verify field surveys are submitted electronically on time and meet quality.
• Conduct surveys screening and validation.
• Set appropriate pay rates for evaluations while hitting margin targets.
• Contribute to Evaluators database optimization and data updates.
• Maintain healthy relationships with Evaluators.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure timely payments to evaluators.
