Job summary

TSMG is seeking a proactive Point of Contact (PoC) Coordinator in Indonesia to build relationships with local communities and businesses, recruit participant groups, and coordinate project activities for our Robotics AI data collection project.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work remotely with occasional local meetings. You will act as the main liaison between participants and the operations team and help ensure sessions run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable reaching out to businesses and community groups.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple participants and schedules.
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and online meeting tools.
• Basic English communication; local language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with local businesses and community groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with leaders and representatives.
• Recruit participant groups meeting project requirements.
• Explain project scope, participation, compensation, and expectations.
• Coordinate participant schedules and recording sessions.
• Serve as main contact between participants and the ops team.
• Track progress and maintain recruitment/attendance records.
• Address participant questions and logistical issues.
• Ensure onboarding information and documentation is completed.
• Support participant retention through ongoing communication.
• Report recruitment progress and updates to the team.
