ID11 P.T. Electrolux Indonesia is seeking a leader to define an online sales strategy and drive growth across our e-commerce channel. Based remotely from Indonesia, you will mentor an inside sales team and coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and after-sales to ensure revenue targets are met.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead penetration into new markets, optimize the online platform, and deliver a comprehensive business plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree. Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategy.
• Strong analytical skill to identify trends and sales patterns.
• Strong communication ability (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to tackle demands of evolving technological implementations with ease.
