Job summary

White Glove Hiring is seeking an experienced Remote Mortgage Loan Officer to join a nationwide financial services team. This fully remote role allows you to work from Bogor or other approved locations with a reliable home office.

You will lead borrowers from interview to closing, explain loan options, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong client communication using LOS and CRM tools. Requires at least 3 years in loan origination and a valid NMLS ID.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in loan origination.
Valid NMLS ID or eligible to obtain one promptly.
Deep knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programs.
Strong understanding of lending regulations and underwriting guidelines.
Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline remotely.

Responsibilities

Proactively generate mortgage loan business through networking, referrals and outbound marketing.
Interview borrowers to assess financial situation and eligibility for loan programs.
Advise clients on mortgage products and strategies to meet needs.
Guide applicants through the loan process from submission to closing.
Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with policies and regulations.
Maintain regular communication with borrowers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
