Qualifications

- Excellent communication for remote collaboration.
- Associates degree in IT or related field.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Provide clear, timely technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions and educate them on product functionalities.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff or relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Contribute to knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.
