#1 SG CAR DEALS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an IT Support Executive to help manage technology and digital operations from Palembang, working remotely with our Singapore team. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and system issues while supporting the website, internal tools and digital platforms.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in IT or related field, with prior IT support experience and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
Previous IT support, technical troubleshooting or systems administration experience.
Good understanding of computers, software, networks and common tech issues.
Familiarity with website management and CMS platforms is a plus.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly in English.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and system issues.
Maintain and support the company website and internal tools/digital platforms.
Identify and resolve technical problems; escalate complex issues to external developers when needed.
Assist with website updates, content changes and basic maintenance checks.
Manage user accounts, access permissions and software tools; monitor system performance.
Assist with data backups, system updates and basic cybersecurity practices.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to resolve issues.
Document problems and solutions; develop standard operating procedures.
Suggest improvements to systems and workflows to increase efficiency.
Collaborate with the Singapore team on IT requirements and digital projects.
