Job summary

Pt Sentosa Inti Dharma is seeking a dedicated Remote Network Administrator & Support professional to manage and maintain their IT network infrastructure. The role focuses on supporting clients, troubleshooting, and system optimization from a remote setting.

You will administer network devices, monitor performance, implement security measures, and collaborate with a distributed team to deliver high-quality IT services across West Java and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator/Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of network protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Provide remote technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving network-related issues promptly.
• Implement network security measures, including access controls, intrusion detection, and vulnerability management.
• Perform regular network performance tuning and optimization to ensure high availability and speed.
• Assist in the planning and deployment of new network technologies and infrastructure upgrades.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and incident reports.
