Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field.
• At least 2 years in a technical support role.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Team-oriented attitude to assist colleagues with technical problems.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple projects.
• Experience with a variety of software, hardware and applications.
• Analytical skills to study problems and identify solutions.
• Preferably experience with School Systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation, administration, and support of educational applications.
• Provide functional and technical support to teachers, staff, and students.
• Collaborate with academic and admin teams to identify technology needs.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, configurations, and system access.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across school systems.
• Analyze system and user needs, identify process gaps, and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for implementation and maintenance.
• Support teachers in integrating technology into teaching and learning.
• Create user guides and documentation for educational applications.
• Assist with technology projects, testing, data reconciliation, and reporting.
