Job summary

AFON IT Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to join our remote team. You will maintain and monitor clients' servers, network, security and computer systems from home, ensuring they meet current and future requirements.

The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and fluency in English and Chinese, with cloud experience in Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Intune considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Practical experience with Windows Server OS, network switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining server infrastructure.
• Working experience in the system integrator industry.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
• Resourceful and able to work independently, with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in cloud deployment, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Intune, is an added advantage.
• Experience with Linux OS is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor our clients' servers, network, security and computer systems to meet the clients' current and future requirements.
• Monitor client's systems and identify performance issues proactively.
• Provide IT technical support to existing clients.
