Job summary

Hexagon seeks a Field Engineer/Service Engineer to deliver remote and on-site technical support for drilling optimization, radar solutions, and Integrated Machine Systems from Balikpapan. You will provide competency training, guidance to Hexagon teams, and close collaboration with customers to achieve reliable implementation and operation.

Based at our head office in Balikpapan, you will travel occasionally to sites as required, maintaining high safety, quality and environmental standards while

Qualifications

• Background in OT technology for mining operations is required.
• Experience in networking or communications is desirable.
• Ability to train and partner with customers on technology deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide competency training and value education to stakeholders, face-to-face and remotely.
• Deliver ongoing proactive technical support and system oversight to customers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to scope, test and launch new products and features.
• Maintain documentation, reporting standards, and participate in audits as needed.
