The Position:

We are seeking a customer care administrator to join our team in Balikpapan on a FT M-F basis. This dynamic role will see you be integral in supporting the growth of our business in the APAC region

This position is newly created to bridge the gap between customer request and operational efficiency between sales, logistics and finance. The role is responsible for managing customer orders and inquires, through triage, order allocation, purchase order coordination and invoice management.

• Compliance & client Portal Administration

• Finance and invoice management

• Prior experience in time sensitive environment, ability to navigate multiple competing priorities
• Demonstrated skills in English both written and verbal
