Job summary

SeaOwl Group is seeking an organized Remote HR Coordinator to join a fully remote team, supporting HR operations across locations. The role focuses on onboarding, employee inquiries, and HR records management from a distributed setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in HR support, proficiency with HRIS and MS Office/Google Suite, and strong remote communication skills. This position offers remote work flexibility and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of HR support or coordination experience.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and standard office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote interaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding process for remote employees, including documentation and system setup.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures via email and chat.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system remotely.
• Assist in scheduling virtual interviews and coordinating HR-related meetings.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks, data entry, and report generation.
• Help organize virtual employee engagement activities and communications.
