Job summary

Terrapeak Group is expanding into Indonesia and seeks a Business Growth Partner who will drive new business development for Indonesia from a remote, commission-based role. You will target SMEs with our AI automation, consulting, and training offerings, building trust and closing deals.

Essential experience includes 1–3+ years in B2B sales, strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication, and a proactive, results-driven mindset in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales (1–3+ years) focused on SMEs, SaaS, consulting, or business services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Highly self-motivated, independent, and results-driven in a remote, commission-only environment.
• Understanding of the Indonesian SME market and local business culture.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn about AI automation tools and chatbots.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, approach, and pitch to potential clients in Indonesia.
• Conduct virtual meetings (and in-person if desired) to nurture relationships.
• Present Terrapeak’s value with professionalism and clarity to close deals.
• Close deals and meet targets, especially in AI and training segments.
• Collaborate with founders and leadership to shape Terrapeak’s Indonesia presence.
