Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to own enterprise sales in Indonesia and the SEA region. You will drive the full B2B cycle from prospecting to closing, and cultivate long-term CEO/C-level partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years in enterprise SaaS or technology sales, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and will work remotely from Jakarta with global, multinational clients.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in B2B Sales or Business Development.
• Experience selling enterprise SaaS to large clients.
• Proven ability to manage 6+ month enterprise cycles.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise sales cycle across Indonesia.
• Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential accounts.
• Conduct consultative sales discussions and demos.
• Negotiate complex deals with senior stakeholders.
• Build relationships with C-level executives.
• Coordinate with Product, CS, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings.
