Job summary

Pt. Era Blu Elektronik is seeking a Remote Sales Consultant to join our fully distributed sales team, working from anywhere in Indonesia.

You will drive growth by engaging potential customers through virtual channels, educating them on our solutions, and guiding them through the purchase process. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy, with excellent communication skills and a consultative selling approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably with remote or inside sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective virtual interaction.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual collaboration tools.
• Self-disciplined, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations via video conferencing.
• Engage with prospective clients through phone, email, and online chat to build rapport and understand needs.
• Guide clients through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage pipeline, and document all sales activities accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams remotely to ensure client success and provide seamless support.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
