Mag is seeking a dedicated Remote Sales Consultant to join its fully distributed sales team, working from anywhere in Indonesia. You will drive growth by engaging potential customers through virtual channels and guiding them through the purchase journey.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy, and has excellent communication skills, with a passion for consultative selling and remote collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demos via video conferencing.
• Engage with prospective clients through phone, email, and chat to understand needs.
• Guide clients through the sales funnel from first contact to close.
• Use CRM to track leads, manage pipeline, and document activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams remotely to ensure client success.
