Groove is seeking a Remote Food Service Operations Specialist to optimize catering operations across West Java and nationwide. The role focuses on analyzing processes, standardizing SOPs, and supporting on-site teams remotely to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost control.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in food service management, strong data-analysis skills, and knowledge of HACCP, with proficiency in Excel and catering software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food service management or operations, preferably in catering.
• Proven ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements remotely.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current food service operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for cost savings.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all catering functions.
• Provide remote support and guidance to on-site catering teams on operational best practices.
• Research and recommend new technologies and techniques to improve service delivery and food quality.
