The role focuses on analyzing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while supporting on-site teams and developing best practices.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in food service management, strong data analysis skills, and solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food service management or operations, preferably in a catering environment.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements remotely.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with catering management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current food service operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for cost savings.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all catering functions.
• Provide remote support and guidance to on-site catering teams on operational best practices.
