Job summary

The role requires strong data analysis, HACCP knowledge, and proficient MS Excel skills, with a focus on remote collaboration and continuous improvement in a dynamic food service environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in food service management or operations.
• Strong remote collaboration and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP or food safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current food service operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for cost savings.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all catering functions.
• Provide remote support and guidance to on-site catering teams on operational best practices.
• Research and recommend new technologies and techniques to improve service delivery and food quality.
