Groove is seeking a Remote Food Service Operations Specialist to optimize catering operations nationwide from a remote location in Indonesia. You will analyze processes, develop SOPs, and support on-site teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while upholding food safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong data analysis skills, remote collaboration experience, and familiarity with catering management software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in food service management or operations, preferably in a catering environment.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements remotely.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).

Responsibilities

• Analyze current food service operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for cost savings.
• Develop and document SOPs for all catering functions.
