Groove is seeking a Remote Food Service Operations Specialist to analyze and optimize catering operations nationwide from a remote location. The role focuses on improving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while upholding food safety standards across West Java operations.

You will develop SOPs, provide remote guidance to on-site teams, monitor compliance, and explore new technologies to enhance service delivery. Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food service management or operations.
• Proven ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements remotely.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with catering management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current food service operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for cost savings.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all catering functions.
• Provide remote support and guidance to on-site catering teams on operational best practices.
• Research and recommend new technologies and techniques to improve service delivery and food quality.
• Monitor food safety compliance and assist in training initiatives to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Track operational expenses and contribute to budget management for the catering division.
